 Having started off as a small company catering for the “gaps” in the Security and Cleaning Industries, Taru Holdings is rising as an established Service Provider in its own right.

Having been at the steering helm of several larger corporations, founder Rudzani Nemaridili, set unprecedented pioneering goals for Taru Holdings, built on the principles of Inveniam Viam and Kaizen.

Kaizen is the Japanese philosophy of Continuous Improvement, and at Taru Holdings we believe that as long as better is possible, “Good” will never be good enough.

Inveniam Viam is the philosophy coined by the great African military leader Hannibal Barka, when he said “Aut inveniam viam aut faciam” which is Latin for “I shall either find a way or I shall make one”. At Taru Holdings we either find a way to provide you with what you need…or we make one.

Today, we are able to provide our services to clients in all 9 provinces in South Africa, and are also gearing up to expand beyond South Africa’s borders.
